Service is standard. Better than I'm used to. Dont put your head down while using your phone tho. They will immediately assume you are asleep and kick you out for the day

Went in and ordered food and drinks. Sat down and started to eat. The guy came out and told us we had to leave because he had to lock the lobby because he was alone. I asked if I could finish eating and he said no we had to leave right then as he loomed over us. Said didn’t we feel sorry for him because he was working alone? I told him no, he was getting paid to work and I was a paying customer. If he was closing the lobby why didn’t he say something before we sat down and started eating? I left my sandwich and drink on the table and walked out because I was too upset to eat. Definitely won’t be going back to Dunkin’. Too many other places where you can sit and relax and have a bite to eat. Who serves you and then tells you that you have to get out before you finish your meal? DUNKIN’!

Absolutely worst Dunkin Donuts.. always are out of supplies like bagels ect didn’t offer us our free donuts when we ordered three coffees. Definitely going to main st Dunkin’ Donuts. Also I go every single day they are always late. The service sucks. I can only imagine how the new place is going to run I sure the heck hope a lot better than this place.

love dunkin donuts...but the staff here weren't very friendly or welcoming! i believe this is for the Portland one on St. John Street..in that case the staff there seemed very rude. the lady gave me a horrible stare as if i wasn't welcome!! i only gave 3 stars cause the coffee was good as always and normally employee's else where are nice. .just stay away from Portland downtown from now on!
